Integrated Community Supports (ICS) is a housing-based service that combines supportive housing with individualized care. This service is designed for adults who require support while living in a provider-controlled residential setting.
Through ICS, individuals receive assistance with daily living activities, community participation, health and wellness goals, medication management, social engagement, and skill development.
Our goal is to help individuals enjoy a safe, supportive living environment while maintaining as much independence as possible.
